Well this is a happy coincidence. Not only is it Throwback Thursday time, it is New Year’s Eve. I dedicate this blog post to my yearly reflections. 2015 was one of those year I always said I was going to have but never believed I would. I’d start each New Year thinking that this was going to be it. This year was going to be my best year yet. Then at the end of the year it was a bunch of same ole same ole. Starting over the summer of 2014 things began to change for the better in terms of how I viewed myself. I started to come out of the dark hole I had been living in. Sensationalism is defined as the use of shocking details to cause a lot of excitement or interest.
The news and the internet are FILLED with sensationalized stories. This post is a jump off from yesterday’s regarding the study done on how you can no longer be fat and fit. Precisely, this post was to be an offshoot from the comparison of obesity to terrorism. I needed more clarification on that and have since downloaded about 10 PDF files from my college’s library database.
